Cornbread Mic

This has been my favorite cornbread mix. It stays nice and fresh within large pouch (es) I’ve purchased. My Mom was visiting she born in the South but now lives up north. She came to visit I made 2 batches the week she was visiting me. She likes to eat cold broken up in glass of milk. She really enjoys it as much as I do. I brought her a bag last month when I visited her up north! Best I only need water to make a loaf (then anu Other items I like to add) but it is great just plain too!

Lehi Mills is even better than your homemade cornbread recipe. I'm serious... get some. We love it. I line a muffin tin with Tulip cupcake liners and follow the directions; yummy; I even freeze them.

Cornbread mix

Made a dozen cornbread muffins to accompany a ham dinner on Easter. They were served warm, and well received. Ate the last one this morning, and enjoyed every bite. Best I’ve ever made!
