This has become a staple in my home and something I look forward to each morning. I started with vanilla, then chocolate, but the real star is the double chocolate. Please keep that in stock!

Was worried about the taste

It is a little chalky, but not horrible. If in the blender, I'll add berries. If using a shaker, I'll add cinnamon. But, it's fine just by itself too! The 5lb container is huge! I wanted to switch from dairy based to plant based...it checks all of the boxes.

Make it smooth

With heat and Ph you can make it silky smooth. Boil a cup of water then add 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda (Sodium bicarbonate) to the water. The heat causes a instant chemical reaction leaving you with higher ph water sodium and carbon dioxide gas that fizzles away. The heat and higher ph denature the pea protein. Mix the protein in and let sit 30 minutes. Your welcome.
