The windchimes we a gift and the recipients loved them!

Recipient loved them! Shipping issues…

First time ordering from your company. These were ordered as a sympathy gift instead of sending flowers. Wind chimes were beautiful and were loved and very much appreciated by the recipient. Only negative aspect was the shipping time listed seemed long so I paid and extra $20 for a faster delivery. This seemed a bit high, but I didn’t want the person to think I had completely ignored the death in the family. The normal shipping times would’ve arrived much later. And once ready to ship, the upgraded shipping was requiring me to tell them specifically where to leave at the address (garage, side door, etc). I didn’t know because I had never been to their home. Then the shipping company emailed saying a signature would be required at time of delivery. I had no idea when the person would be home to sign for it, and I did not want to tell them in advance what I had done, so I had to give the shipping company permission to leave it, and I waived all rights to make a claim, should it be not delivered. I did not like this. Also there was no photograph showing the delivery was made. DHL needs to step up their game or your company ought to consider another shipping provider.
