Delayed shipment

I ordered this as a gift for retirement and paid for expedited shipping and for it to come from the US. When I received tracking information it came from China and arrived 10 days after the retirement. I did get a refund for the extra fees but was very disappointed. The chimes themselves were very nice. They were heavy and the inscription was accurate.

Great customer service

I ordered this as a retirement gift and put the wrong year. They were kind enough to proactively reach out to me to verify the information. This is the level of customer service I miss from other companies. Well worth the money!
