If you cook with fresh greens and herbs, you need this tool! I didn't know this until I bought it on a whim. Then came the last harvests of parsley and cilantro and, wow, what a help this is. I had a double batch of chimichurri sauce in no time, with no badly stained fingers. Making parsley soup was a pleasure. There's still some chard out there under row cover, and I'm looking forward to trying out the blade part of the tool soon.
