LOVE LOVE LOVE
This will never break. No plastic. Effective. Simple. No springs. I keep my press in a cake pan, and I press in the pan to catch the water. Rinse well and put back on pan to store. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Have had original for years and years and ....

Great Press
This is a beast of a tofu press. Very effective, sturdy, and stable.
