This is a book that the sick as well as the well person should read.

The information in the book is superb in my opinion. The suggestions of what to eat and not to eat for each system was an eye opener for me. I am disappointed that the blessings videos for each system is of poor quality. The skipping makes the videos are frustrating and hard to listen to.
