I bought these precision tongs for handling raw shellfish and they did not disappoint. So much easier to pluck shrimp or scallops from their inserts than using full-size tongs or spoons, and the colour-coding helps me to prevent cross-contamination. My only regret was not buying them slightly larger (larger scallops are a little harder to get them around in a hurry).
