Just bought a new smoker and used this spice blend for the first time on some pork shoulder and chicken quarters. The flavor of this blend was fantastic. I highly recommend tossing a little fresh on after you are done smoking or saucing your meats as well. I also grabbed another bottle of their Jalapeno Poblano Hot sauce which is perfect on just about anything. Just the right amount of heat and flavor to take your meal to the next level. 5 Stars!!!! Correction 6 stars 👌
