The first time I used the ground beans in my French Press, I used half a cup as told on the bag. The resulting brew was disappointingly bland and tasteless. So, the second time I used one whole cup of beans and the beverage was perfectly velvety and tasty. It's a good way for me to use my French Press.

Thoroughly Enjoyed

I haven't tried every flavor yet but so far, I am thoroughly enjoying this cacao. I love that I don't feel jittery like with coffee. I also really like that the cacao is heavy enough to hold half and half. I quit drinking coffee recently and I miss it so much but the cacao is a great substitute. Also, the instructions are serious about not using paper filters. I thought I knew better than Crio Bru. I did not.
