Turkish-Delight Spiced Bacon: Fenugreek & Smoked Paprika

Fantastic bacon

It's such a different flavor profile. I love it. My friend, not so much. But I'm used to eating bacon with a dry rub on it. If you're not afraid of trying something new, I strongly recommend trying this. It cooks a little faster than full size bacon. I've had great success at 400 for about 15-17 minutes.

Wickedly incredible

As a whole the bacon was fantastic. It was the right amount of everything, thickness, flavor, fat, etc. It was definitely worth the purchase.

Some of the bacon is extremely fatty. The flavor is quite good.
