Anderson Lamb Loin Chops - 4ea

These lamb chops were so tasty! Just rosemary and garlic is good enough.

Put on a homemade meat rub (brown sugar, s&p, chilis, cumin, coriander) and let it sit in frig. Then added chili oil and bbq'd. These lamb chops were incredibly tender and flavorful. Quick cook on bbq. Served with roasted potatoes. Delicious!
