Definitely the best California uni I’ve ever had, fruity and great texture, not at all bitter or metallic.

I bought the uni for my son who is a food snob. According to him, the uni was not sweet like some others that he had. So, I used the remaining uni and made uni pasta. That turned out really tasty.
