A pearl-sized bead, this lightly salted roe has a rich ruby color. Oncorhynchus Keta is found the Pacific Ocean. Matures 3-5 years, 2 -3 feet in length, and 8-15lbs. Farm raised fingerlings, adults are wild caught in Alaska.

Beautiful quality, darker and redder than H Mart's

The roe is definitely fresh; however, it's also definitely saltier than similar quality roe we've obtained elsewhere (next time, we'll plan to marinate it in sake for a bit to mitigate; we didn't have any on-hand this time around).
