Even though it took almost a week for my item to be shipping from the company and it taking sometime through mail to get to me. When I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised that not only was the item looking new, but it also came loaded with brand new fuses in every spot, it also came with the BCM on the side something else I was not expecting. Inside I also found the return label and instructions on where to bring it, and the return core policy I found this very helpful. I'm still not sure if they have received it and is eligible for a core change currently but sure do hope so. When I need to shop again for a product like this i will be searching here first, I will also be recommending it to others. Thank you so much, your product has fixed the issue I had with my truck.
