Metal blend doors

Replacement doors

These updated aluminum doors are the best. When I decided to rebuild my HVAC box after pulling it out, I had no idea how deteriorated my original doors were. They were cracked and some were broken with no foam on any to speak of. I originally wanted to just order cheap rebuild kits and wait for the same thing to happen again. But in my search, I came across Blender doors USA and it was a no brainer after that. Install was straightforward and a breeze after watching the video. Not only did I replace the doors, but the heater core, evaporator, and actuators while I was already there. Good project, but I don't plan on repeating the process anytime soon.
