Delicious and Versatile
These make a lovely soup with carrots, garden greens and onion. They can also be used for salads, warm or cold. They can be made into little cakes and will hold their shape and bite.

Black Caviar Lentils
Just sampled my first batch. These are delicious boiled for 30 min. with a package of frozen seasoning veggies and some bacon bits Mmm!
