Lower germination rate than advertised

I bought 3 packs of these seeds, which was a total of 25 seeds. While the package claims 70-80% germination, I only had 7 seeds germinate (total of 28% germination). Hopefully all 7 grow to maturity, I’m keeping them indoors longer to give them the best chance for survival

Low germination rate

Out of the 8 seeds that i started only 3 have sprouted. I started these with other plants (some from Seeds n Such and some that were not) and these were the only ones that did not spout. I started on 2/23/25 and today is 4/9/25.

I buy this product every year. Very prolific and not chocked full of seeds like mini bell plants. These ripen quickly, my larger peppers always take at least a month longer to ripen.
