Great little peppers
Germination rate is quite high. Like these much better that the jalapeño. Better flavor and more heat. They are great pickled also.

Serrano Peppers
I usually start 3-4 dz plants in late December. I live in WI, so my growing season is short. Normally I make a medium heat salsa, then dice up 2 peppers with my eggs each morning. I love the heat.
