Burpee's Supersteak Hybrid Beefsteak VFN Tomato Seeds

My favorite tomato 6 years running

I bought a package of these in the spring of 2020, and they quickly became my favorite tomato. The tomato in the picture is sitting on a dinner plate and even though it's a beef steak, it doesn't have the disformed shoulders that a lot of those varieties have resulting in slicing loss. Delicious tomato flavor also. I always add mushroom compost to the hole and give it a good top dressing as well and use straw as mulch. You won't be disappointed.

A must have tomato

This is Bruce, the gardener. I grow mostly heirloom tomatoes, but supersteak is a MUST. It is the go to tomato for BLT's. It is firm enough to hold together, but not hard and the taste is super. Big enough to cover the whole slice of toast.
