Synergee bow
My bow arrived quickly and was super easy to assemble. I am still learning about all the different exercises I can do with it. I look forward to our fitness journey together. I would have liked a label on each band with it’s resistance listed.

Well made piece of equipment
Heavy duty metal bow. Good fit and finish. Bands switch in and out easily. Or leave all bands in place and only use your selected ones. Workout instruction would have been appreciated. I’m still inventing my routine. The bow and bands do what they are designed to do. You just have to experiment with it.
