Not happy with door flaps

Door install was smooth. The indoor flap rolls up into the back flap causing both flaps to stay open. I hope problem will be solved soon upon contacting Pet doors.

Aside from having to make a hole through a 12-inch thick, concrete wall, installation was easy. One doggy was in an out the first day, older doggy took a couple more days to get used to. Looks seamless, quality material and everyone is enjoying the freedom.
