Excellent service - you are up there with the best. So helpful and uncritical (when it was me that had been stupid and careless), I was kept informed as to progress and what to expect when. You went over and above when I requested help with my jammed Sato. I shared your email correspondence with my 3 fishing companions on our recent week long trip to the Upper Tees - we are all agreed we wouldn't go anywhere else next time someone wants a rod.

The three first segments were straightforward and easy to install. I wish your rods all had a matte finish -- they are too shiny (see Clarke and Goddard, "The trout and the fly", 1970s). Now I will have to spray paint the replacements with matte green as I usually do.

I wish you guys sold the last two tip sections of the rods individually so that i only had to buy just one or the other of the last two tip sections as those are the only ones i seem to break. Thanks for listening. I enjoy your products.
