So far so good. I have used twice and it's potent! Dries up blemishes.

This actually works! This makes any massive nodular acne on my face significantly smaller overnight. It doesn't irritate my super sensitive skin. My face is actually less red when I wake up every time I use it overnight. I hope derma e never reformulates or discontinues this product!

This is the most effective and non irritating spot treatment I’ve tried. Since I have severe acne I always have this on hand.
