For the price I had hoped for more stems, but the plants came nice and healthy. No melting as of yet, growing quickly.

Good for this newbie
The plants arrived quickly and in good condition. I am new to aquarium plants but it has been a couple of weeks and these stems have already grown quite a bit. I did get some bladder snails from the plants I ordered but I actually like them so I started a jar with some plants in it just for them and intend to start a 2.5 gallon snail tank. I would definitely order from Windy City Aquariums again. If you do not want the snails, maybe try looking up a plant disinfectant soak.
