Xylitol - 100% Pure

I really like it so far. I use it in place of very expensive xylitol gum or mints. I just swish the recommended amount around in my mouth for five minutes several times a day. I also sprinkles some on my toothpaste and brush with it.

Xylitol is an excellent sweetener and a great addition to diet for dental health. I have found that using it as a sweetener while tastes very good does not satisfy the urge to eat something sweet. I do use xylitol mints and gum for dental health. If you need to restrict sugar and can adjust to using it in place of sugar there is nothing better.
