It's fine as an MVP (min viable product) but I look forward to fixing some bugs! When you type in a zoom meeting ID and join, if there's a passcode it doesn't pop up the keyboard so you can enter it. Can use a USB keyboard, but that kind of stinks. It's also quite slow... takes 17 seconds to join all the way into a teams meeting. While that's only 17 seconds, that's an eternity these days... after 3 seconds delay my CEO said this is too long. The 360 vid technology is awesome. All and all I'm glad to have it and will we use it and it will help us... but it will benefit from some refinement. Thanks for what you all are doing!

Unclear from marketing site and what info we found online but using HQ requires one owl to sit on the HQ unit due to proprietary connection. Meaning there is no effective way to use meeting HQ with a pair of ceiling mounted owls

Great unit, but the DPI on the touch screen needs to be adjusted
Really the only issue we have (but it's a big issue) is that the keyboard and items to touch on the touch screen are just too small to be useable. If you had a stylus it might work, but who wants a stylus these days?
