Great unobtrusive motion sensors!

These work really well like all YoLink products in my experience. These are especially useful in Home Assistant integrations. Small and unobtrusive and mount on the ceiling it’s a magnetic disc included.

The Good: Customer Service; the Not-So-Good: needed customer service

Out of the box for installation 20% of the sensors would not stick sufficiently to the metal plate (via magnets in the sensor) to allow for installation on a wall or ceiling. An additional 10% of the sensors had the magnet internally displace shortly after taking out of the box, and were unreliably sticking to the mounting plate. Customer service was prompt and responsive and has promised to send me new devices. Time will tell if there are other production issues. (I bought Yolink window/door sensors and 14% of those went “off-line” within 1 week of installation. Another outdoor door sensor is now off line as well. :-( Even on “high” sensitivity, the motion sensors were not too difficult to defeat with slow movement along a wall...
