Helle Utvaer hunting knife

I really like the quality of the Helle Utvaer hunting knife. The knife came sharp. As I own I Ken Onion Blade grinding system which I have set up to do flat angle grinds. I reprofiled the edge to be 22.5 degrees and I also stropped and polished it so not only was blade razor sharp but edge now shines nice. I did this because this blade I will use for skinning etc. I added slip knot paracord to knife so knife will stay in my hand when in use. Very pleased with quality and workmanship of this knife.
