Helle Knives Steinbit 155mm Fillet Knife

I purchased this knife to use as a de boning knife. I de boned 3 deer and a whole pig with the knife. It is still very sharp even after all of this. I am very happy with the knife. The staff was very helpfull.

Got this as a gift for my father in law and he absolutely loved it! He's been fishing is whole life so that must mean something.
