The Beard Hedger®

Not great. Its not as sharp as advertised. I also received the lawn mower 4.0 for my birthday. It lasted about 3 months and then just started switching on at random times and then cannot be turned off until the battery dies, or fully charged and then only powers on for two seconds then dies and repeats this until the battery dies. Bought this one to replace the lawn mower but it misses many hairs as it does lift them when trimming my mustache or side burns. Contacted support but response was inadequate and without resolution. Had to get rid of the lawn mower as it was going on even when i thought the battery was depleted waking me up at 2am and other times during the night and early morning. Wanted to return this one for the smaller pro beard hedger to see if the smaller head will be able to lift the flat laying hair but not too confident that the issue will be resolved.
