My husband introduced me to this and I love it. I don’t drink coffee at all but having this as my morning coffee. I’ve only been having it a week (stealing his first!) so can’t comment on any specific health improvements but I do feel better generally. I also added it to a dehydrated and chopped fresh mushroom layer in my raw lasagne - along with the incredible raw pesto layer (1 litre jar doesn't last long!). Really makes the flavour come out. A huge thank you to customer support as I was having a bad day when ordering and ordered the wrong powder which was shipped immediately. I was sent a freepost returns label and my powders were sent as soon as the other arrived back. Excellent.
