Good boot

The boot repels water nicely and I have been able to wear them hiking since day one. The tongue is sewed to the boot, so it bunches up around my ankle. There's also not a lot of padding around the back of the ankle, so it rubs there too. With careful lacing and tongue positioning, they're comfortable enough for my 3 mile hikes every day despite the weather. They're heavy and slippery on wet rocks, but overall I really like them!

not what i expected

It is not as padded as described in your website . I had to add Dr scholl insoles to feel more padding.. The only reason I have to keep it because I am traveling to Iceland which recommends a waterproof shoes .

Wore right out of the box!

Tried them in the house for a few hours, then wrote them all day in the house...I think I could have worn them straight on a walk or hike and they would have been fine. Supportive and so comfortable! My first pair of Orthofeet!
