Blox™ 10-piece Gray Drawer Organizer Set

Love. Divided in two, this ten piece drawer organizer fits into the smaller drawers of my kitchen perfectly.

Practical, functional & neat. My kitchen drawers are small and awkward. Divided this in half and it fit perfectly in two drawers.

Poor customer service

I am giving one star due to extremely poor customer service. I was told that the delivery would be in 4-5 business days, but the order had not even been processed in that time period. The delivery charge was 1/3 of the overall order cost. I contacted them to cancel and was told that once an order is placed they lack the ability to cancel. They would not do anything and told me I had to go through the shipping company to see about cancelling or rejecting same. I got the feeling they did not want to even lift a finger to help. I think the Blox set is a great design/function, but the poor customer service really ruined it for us.
