Very practical

Spirulina tablets are very practical. I usually have a spirulina smoothie in the morning using the powder but in the days that I 'm working I take the tablets as it's too early for a smoothie ( my shift starts at 7am, so 6am to have a smoothie is far too early). Not to mention if you don't like the spirulina taste they're a game changer.
