Deep Flavorful Skirt Steak
We like to deep sear this Skirt Steak then add it to cast iron in the oven for a few minutes then remove add butter Baby Potato's asparagus. sautéed Garlic Mixed mushrooms Sweet Fresno onions. Pair this with my Pear & Blackberry Cobbler you wont be disappointed. The Skirt Steak from Five Mary's is tender and deeply flavorful. Just the right amount of good fats too makes this a savory rich meal. Bon appetite.
