I put the ring on the new style Leica 15x56 R. Fits well and works great with my pistol grip head on my tripod.

I had to return this product, even though it appears to be well made. I have Steiner Binos that has a built in end caps, which inhibit a tight clamp because of the angle after the end cap connection.
