I am developing my Chinese tea palette so can’t tell you about nose scents and mouth feel but I can tell you I liked the sample of this tea I received with another order, that I bought a lot more. It is not bitter. It warming like drinking whiskey only without the burn. I find it clears up my sinuses nicely which is a great thing in pollen-laden spring. I get about six sessions from one Tbsp.
