After fit issues with the first 2 pairs, I finally found my correct size. I misjudged the size. The pair I have now really got well. No chafng or odd dores from poor fit. I'm really glad that I got these boots. They fit well, and look really stylish than my last 30 years of clunky steel toe boots.

These are amazing!!
The true-to-size boots are exactly the right fit. I’m a 9.5 wide, and the toe box doesn’t rub any toes, the zipper and mild stretch give my foot exactly the room to slide the boot on, and (as someone who has “thick” feet) the boot does NOT have an uncomfortable tight band across the top of my foot!! My feet are arthritic, and these boots (as well as the Spice boots) have been so good to me.
These boots were an immediate “oh YEAH they fit I’m wearing them!” And I haven’t had any new-shoe blisters or rubbed spots or calluses or any of that nonsense.
The tread is just right, the heel is low and supportive, and the overall sole is cushiony even though there’s a steel plate keeping my foot safe. I am not someone who survives long with heavy shoes, but these have posed no problems, even being on job sites for 8-10 hour days.
I do agricultural and mild construction work (eg: build the shed, cut the trees, herd the goats - which means get stepped on by large cantankerous animals and have heavy planks tip over or tools fall down and fall on my feet now and then). I feel like my feet have protection from all that, without feeling like the shoes themselves are making my arthritis worse.

I am only three weeks in to my boots and so far I really do like them. They are not kidding when they tell you that you need to break them in. They are really beautiful shoes so having a mix of responsibilities in the office and on the floor that was a big selling factor for me. Personally I find that wearing thicker boots socks helps because I may have not chosen the correct size. I am looking forward to the next couple months to see how much more I love them. If you’re on the fence, I would say go for it and support this wonderful small business for women.
