Works very similarly to an older version we had years ago. Seems to be of hugh quality. We'll know more in about 6mo.

Gym workout at home

Needing to do squats to strengthen my back and legs and this machine does that and more. Smooth movement and I can feel the impact of it everywhere on my body. When I opened the box, I was overwhelmed with the assembly needed, but after looking further, it really wasn't that bad. The instructions were good and all the parts were there. Took about two hours for me, but was totally worth it.
