Appears to be good quality product. Nicely packaged and easy install. I have only put about 30km on it but so far so good.

I liked it so much I got a second one for my other bike. The PRO is seamless, no one can tell it moves and blends in with the look of my Salsa Warbird. It is barely heavier than the Thomson stem it was replacing. The movement is real. I went up one bumper from the recommended to get a firmer feel.
