Thank you for the very fast service, which I had to pay for ($10.00– the ‘skip the line’ fee.). You followed thru and I did receive it fast. Thank you. It would have been nice to have some directions with this product, because the laundry manual had very little info. I ran the system one time (takes around 12 minutes). It looked as though no liquid was actually used for cleaning. So I removed the twindos container and marked it to show where the liquid Level was before running. Running it a second time showed that about 20 percent of the cleaning agent was used. Nowhere on the container, web site, or in the instruction manual does it indicate that only a small portion of the cleaning agent is used. Looks like I might get four or five cleanings from one Twindo. Meile could do a lot better job instructing consumers how to use their product. But now that you know this as a distributor of the product, you could slip in instructions, too.

Works Well -- When It Works . . .

TwinDos system is effective and efficient, but system can get clogged and require flushing, especially if not used for over a week or so.
