Beard Conditioner - Royalty Scent

My past two times buying this product was a fail every time I get it it’s in liquid form and I have to freeze it to get it right How can we correct this problem Another thing every time I order we pay for fast shipping and I always get it 2 to 3 weeks after I order it

Overall, I love your products!!! I'm just not a fan of your shipping practices. That small ice pack you put in the package during the summer is not enough. On two occasions, my product was completely melted when received. In one case I was able to get it to reset once I placed it in the fridge. In the other case, it did not, and a large amount of it leaked into the box before I could open it. In the earlier case, you replaced the product no problem. The second time I received an email that basically just said, "Our product resets." I felt that wasn't good customer service for someone who's trying to become a regular customer. However, I refrained from giving you a bad review because I know you're a Black-owned company and I want to see you be successful. So, I decided that, in the future, I'll either stock up in the spring to get me through the summer, or I'll find a product I can purchase locally and pick up when I need it. I’m going to state again that my Royalty product came in a liquid/melted form. If the goal is to protect the product, then you should invest in a better way, like hot ice or some other way. I’ve used the product for a couple years now and this is the first time I wasn’t happy with the results.
