Mushroom Cat Water Fountain

Amazing customer service!

The fountain is obviously cute, my cat only drinks running water and his last fountain broke so it’s also necessary but what really impressed me was the customer service! My fountain arrived completely shattered. I tried seeing if I could glue it back together but it was in far too many pieces. Based on experiences with other companies I mentally prepared for disappointment and possibly having to file a chargeback on my card. I couldn’t have been more wrong they immediately sent out a new one!

this is my first time with a cat fountain so this just might be experience but the water started getting slimy after about 3 months. i would replace the filter, change out the water, clean it with soap and water but it would still come back after a day or two. i decided it wasn’t worth the hassle and i’ll just stick to a bowl (esp since my kitty was already apprehensive with it). it was super cute though and seemed to be well made!

So cute just like the picture. Plus my cat absolutely loves drinking water from it!!!
