Methyl B-12 is amazing!

I am a young 67 year old woman. I take 2 chewable Methyl B-12 (1000 mcg) every morning. I actually put them under my tongue and let them dissolve. I feel I have an increased amount of energy and clearer head. I used to get B-12 shots years ago. This brand is great. They also explained the max I can take so as not to affect the other meds I am taking. Thank you.
