TheraICE Hot & Cold Wrist Ice Pack

Falls off my hand and im an adult female. Ill c how the junior size fits Mary-Ann

I liked the idea of this pack because I have thumb and wrist pain. It’s comfortable enough on the hand but it’s very loose at the wrist. I wish there was a more specific size chart that made the whole pack fit more snug.

The TheraICE wrist pack was decent for the price but did not retain the cold or hot temperature for very long. Satisfying for about 5-10 minutes tops.
