Great tasting shake

This is my go to recovery drink. The powder mixes well in the shaker giving a consistent smooth shake. Tastes really good especially when mixed with milk. Delicious.

Great after ride drink.

I have to be honest, I was really dubious about the flavour of these drinks, but I was more than pleasantly surprised. They are really rich and a gorgeous taste. They do a great job of getting the ratio of carbs to protein to kick start recovery after a long ride or hard session on the bike, before I jump in the shower and have some proper food.
