Xihu Longjing

Soft and sweet on the palate. Long aftertaste of caramel. Slightly astringent. I like Xihu Longjing a lot. Well done Eastern Leaves.

Le foglie secche sono di un bel colore verde brillante, ben definite, dal profumo intenso, erbaceo. L'infuso mantiene il verde brillante, il profumo è erbaceo e si inizia a sentire la componente nocciola derivata dalla tostatura. Il liquore ha un colore giallo tenue, profumo tipico di nocciola ed erbaceo, intenso. In bocca morbido, non troppo astringente, persistente. Ritornano i sentori erbacei e di nocciola. Fatto in gaiwan, le caratteristiche permangono fin oltre la quarta infusione.
