Green Yerba Mate

A friend introduced me to Yerba Mate and after tasting it, I checked and saw Sipping Streams had it. I watched Jenny’s video on it and then purchased some. It is my afternoon change-up beverage from green and black teas. I have tried both the green and the roasted YS from SS and both are very good, but I prefer the green one. The taste is quite different from regular G&B teas, but quite pleasant, not bitter and slightly sweet. You have to adjust your mindset and flavor buds that this is a tissane and and not green or black tea. I like and recommend it as a refreshing beverage alternative, hot or cold.
