For 6 weeks I was unable to eat not much more than plain GF noodles or toast. Everything hurt my stomach. I had tons of bloating, gas, stomach pain. GI Relief along with several other Silver Fern products such as Reflux, Cleanse and Motility have helped heal my stomach and I am 98% better. When I was having so much trouble I took this before lunch and dinner. I did this for about 3 months. Now I take only if I think I might have trouble because of how something might be prepared, or if after I eat and my stomach feels a little off I will take to help calm it down. Every product I have taken has helped to heal my stomach and intestines.
